A Fair Deal for Green Branch Park

A Fair Deal for Green Branch Park

In this video, Matt Berger outlines why Green Branch Park is one of the greatest soccer complexes on the east coast - and why Pittsgrove residents should get their fair share for the impacts to it.

Soccer is a bigger business than you may think, with Green Branch Park making an out-of-state private company over $250,000 per weekend.

Despite this private company's success, and the traffic and infrastructure costs it passes onto Pittsgrove residents, the township is only netting a measly $10,000 per year in park usage fees.

The park collects an additional $35,000 for field maintenance, which may or may not break even for the impact.

Matt Berger now looks to change this bad deal for residents - in exchange for one that will net $200,000 and lower all residents taxes.

Hear the all of fine details from Matt Berger himself in the video below!
