Pittsgrove Traffic Light Down for 2 Months

In this video, Nick Mesiano wishes a "Happy Birthday" to a traffic cone which has replaced a traffic light for two months. 

While we shouldn't have to explain why its bad to have a traffic light missing, every day without a critical piece of infrastructure extends a hazardous situation for residents. 

Traveling north on Gershal, there is no indication for drivers to stop, go, or even that a traffic light exists at that intersection 

An important note is that this intersection is where Salem County recently 'denied' a unanimously requested traffic safety speed table.
